We NEVER charge an estimate fee if the unit is brought to us. We do charge a nominal fee if an estimate is done at your site. LRL will beat any competitors rate if they are a licensed service company. We guarantee our rates to be substantially lower than any large chain computer repair center. We accept most major credit cards. Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Not 3 to 4 weeks as is the case at many of our competitors. There is no extra charge for expedite service. LRL Computer, Inc. has been selected to do third party maintenance for nationwide companies such as Micro Medic, EDP, Warranty Corporation of America and Nationwide insurance. We provide the same prompt and courteous service to our home system users as we do to our largest commercial customers. A satisfied customer is our best form of advertising.
We deliver and install every system we sell in our serviceable area and do not expect any payment until our customer is satisfied with their purchase.
We also specialize in obtaining "Hard to find parts" for your notebook or desktop system. We ship nationwide and fill most orders within 24 hours. |
